Nichole is a Board Certified Licensed Medical Aesthetician who also brings 20 years of oral surgery and cosmetic dentistry to Renew Medical Aesthetics. As a graduate from College of International Esthetics she has advanced training in injectables, micro-needling, dermaplaning, advanced chemical peels, medical grade skin care products, and is a CoolSculpting Certified Professional. She also certified in laser treatments from The National Institute of Medical Aesthetics. Her experience and knowledge encompasses a whole realm of cosmetic surgery as well as all aspects of medical aesthetics.

Nichole offers comprehensive complementary consultations to provide you with the most accurate answers on cosmetic procedures to best fit your personal cosmetic outcome desired. She is distinguished in enhancing patients personal appearance using the latest technology and continued higher education.

Rachelle Greenstein, MS | Co-Founder


Rachelle is the Co-Founder of Renew Medical Aesthetics,LLC. Rachelle grew up in Pennsylvania with her family and then moved to Florida where she attained her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology at Florida Southern College, and her Master of Science degree in Psychology at Nova Southeastern University.

After Rachelle completed college, she was a children’s mental health therapist for 10 years and also owned/operated a wholesale nursery before moving to Colorado in 2006. After moving to Colorado, Rachelle became the Business Manager and CFO of Reynolds Oral & Facial Surgery. Rachelle then co-founded Renew Medical Aesthetics with Dr. Reynolds in 2017 and has over ten years of experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery administration and practice management.

Rachelle enjoys waterskiing, hiking, scuba diving, skiing, biking, working out, and loves spending any time she can with her daughters.

Ralph Reynolds, DMD, MD | Medical Director | Owner


Dr. Ralph Reynolds is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and is licensed to practice Dentistry and Medicine in the State of Colorado. In 1995 he graduated Suma Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He then attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham for a six-year combined Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency and Medical School. Dr. Reynolds was trained in full scope Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including complex facial reconstructive surgeries. Dr. Reynolds is considered a “dual-degreed” Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon, having both a dental and medical degree.

Dr. Reynolds also served in the US Navy as a Division Officer and attained Surface Warfare Officer qualification after he earned his Bachelors degree in Biology from Penn State University. He has been practicing and living in Colorado with his family since 2001. He is married and has five children.

In 2011, Dr. Reynolds built and opened his new office in Loveland, Colorado which provides state-of-the-art dental and medical technology and sterility to our patients. In 2014, Dr. Reynolds purchased a new satellite office in Greeley, Colorado and offers patients the same compassionate and exceptional dental, medical, and surgical care as our Loveland Office.

Dr. Reynolds surrounds himself with highly qualified, professional and caring staff, which facilitates providing high-quality care to our patients. Dr. Reynolds has over 20 years of experience in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.

The scope of Dr. Reynolds’ practice consists of cosmetic facial surgery/procedures, non-invasive cosmetic procedures, corrective surgery for obstructive sleep apnea & snoring, oral pathology, facial trauma reconstruction and orthognathic (corrective jaw) surgery. Dr. Reynolds is also a member of the trauma team which serves UC Health’s Poudre Valley Hospital (PVH) and Medical Center of the Rockies (MCR).

In order to facilitate the number of unique and complex procedures performed at Reynolds Oral & Facial Surgery, Dr. Reynolds has invested over $650,000 in modern, top-of-the-line equipment for safety and sterility, including a 3D Cone Beam Scanner which can take three dimensional x-rays of a patient.
